Meet The Team

Founder & Principle
HAYLEY
Hayley opened the doors to Just Perform 13 years ago with a dream to create a fun, friendly space where children could fall in love with performing arts—without the pressure of exams and competitions. Her passion for nurturing confidence and creativity continues to inspire every class at JP.

Dance Teacher
THEA
Thea is the heart and soul of Just Perform. Her vibrant energy and magnetic personality light up the room, and every student is thrilled when she walks through the door. She’s a favourite among the children for good reason and has been involved with JP since the very start.

Musical Theatre Teacher
MADDY
Maddy, 23 and originally from Tamworth, holds a degree in Musical Theatre Performance from the University of Chichester. Alongside her role at JP, she works as a vocal coach, a primary music teacher, and a professional vocalist for events. She also performs in local theatre productions,
